Refund policy

Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, send us a message through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll reply with the return address. Hook packs must be unopened and fillet knives unused. Original shipping isn't refunded, and return shipping is paid by you. If we sent the wrong size or an item arrived damaged, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
