Returns & Refunds

Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return: Call 727-273-5757 or message us on Facebook with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us.

What we accept: Hook and treble packs must be unopened and in their original packaging. Fillet knives must be unused. For safety, we can't take back opened hook packs.

Refunds: Once your return arrives, we'll refund your original payment within 5 business days. Original shipping isn't refunded, and return shipping is paid by you.

Wrong or damaged items: If we sent the wrong size or something arrived damaged, we'll send a replacement at no cost. You won't need to return the original.
